Twelve years ago, an e-commerce startup brought us together. and we quickly realized we were meant to be more than teammates. Since then, we’ve built a life together: raising a child and a rescue dog, pursuing successful careers in the Berlin startup ecosystem, and growing with the companies around us.

Through it all, we’ve always been a strong and complementary team.

MARTIN KRANZ

Born in Mainz and raised in the Netherlands, I trained as a photographer before spending seven years in India, where I cofounded a furniture manufacturer. After this entrepreneurial chapter, I moved into e-commerce working as a Buyer for fab.com first and later joined JUNIQE. I have shaped the brand journey from the first day onwards,  overseeing sourcing, creative and pr/social media, eventually becoming Chief Creative Officer and leading a multidisciplinary team of graphic designers, illustrators, copywriters managers.

Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of design and entrepreneurship, leading and scaling creative businesses and brands in the design world.

I have been told that even as a kid, I used to prefer design stores over playgrounds and to this day I do.

ANVITA MUDKANI

Born in Berlin to Indian parents, I studied business before joining operational and commercial roles both at traditional corporates as well as startup-e-commerce-businesses. Shortly after I joined an early stage venture capital fund building my career as an investment professional/ VC with a focus on building impactful consumer brands.

Today, managing the family office of one of the fastest growing family-owned beauty players worldwide, I leverage this mix of corporate discipline, startup agility, and business-building-insights to invest in and support founders in creating resilient, differentiated, and lasting companies.

MINGUS
BABA

Born in under uncertain circumstances in southern spain, I have joined the family in 2017 when moving to Berlin to trade the dog shelter for the streets of Kreuzberg, seeking new opportunities in the startup ecosystem.

I have a proven track record of providing office security from essential threats like mail men or cleaners and have been driven by a life long passion for chasing balls and squirrels.

According to numerous sources, I am a good boy and the fastest dog out there.
